Little Gems Child Care and Early Learning is a leading brand in the sector, known for our exceeding-rated programs, small group ratios, natural environments, and commitment to educators' growth. We have recently assumed ownership of the service at Nerang. While we have inherited a Working Towards rating from the previous operators, we are currently awaiting a new Assessment and Rating to reflect the service's current standard of Meeting or higher. The service has undergone internal renovations, and a full upgrade of all resources has been completed.

As new families enrol, we require staff at all levels of entry from Cert 3 qualified to diploma qualified educators.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who are passionate about early years learning, especially for our youngest children, and who value a calm, creative, and nature-inspired approach to early education.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively studying)
  • Certificate III (or working towards it)
  • Working with Children Check (valid and current)
  • Experience with EYLF, NQF, and NQS
  • Confidence in using online platforms like Storypark for documentation
  • Ability to create engaging, play-based learning opportunities
  • A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional development
