Over thirty-five years later, Northside is now a leading private, co-educational, non-denominational Brisbane Christian college in Everton Park. We offer Christ-centred education from Prep to Year 12 on one campus. If you are seeking a Full Time OSHC Manager role and are experienced in creating a safe, caring, quality environment for children then we need you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A Degree in Education or Early Childhood, Diploma of Education and Care or a relevant qualification approved by ACECQA
  • The ability to exhibit Northside Christian College's genuine Christian commitment and care for students
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and Rating and Assessment process
  • Demonstrated experience in programming
  • Well-developed leadership skills including management of a small team
  • An interest and commitment to working with young children
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to complete tasks independently, intuitively and flexibly
  • A team player that can develop good working relationships with students, parents, staff and the School community
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Blue Card (for Paid employment) for working with children, or eligibility
  • An active Christian faith
