What you'll be doing:

• Opening and closing the venue with confidence
• Handling cash and daily reconciliations
• Managing and training front-of-house staff
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving feedback effectively
• Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies
• Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality
• Strong organisational and people management skills
• A calm, confident approach to problem-solving
• A passion for great service and team culture

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
