We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage projects in the Hastings Region.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple job sites and be responsible for ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Coordinating and scheduling trades and materials
  • Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance with WHS policies
  • Monitoring build quality and proactively resolving issues or defects
  • Driving projects to successful completion within set timeframes and budgets

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:

  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and compliance requirements
  • A reliable network of quality trades and service providers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
