Short Description:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to act as a subject matter expert for SAP Payroll solutions, specifically tailored to Australian payroll processes. The consultant will lead Employee Central Payroll implementations, collaborate with global delivery teams, and work closely with clients to design, build, and support scalable payroll solutions.

Salary: AUD AUD Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:Serve as the SME for SAP Payroll, guiding solution design and implementation.Lead hands-on configuration and deployment of Employee Central Payroll.Liaise with clients for workshops, solution presentations, POCs, and approvals.Estimate efforts for proposed solutions and own delivery outcomes.Recommend innovative, best-practice-based solutions aligned with SAP standards.Develop business process documentation and functional specifications.Conduct implementation and training workshops for SAP power users.Lead testing cycles (unit, SIT, regression) and support UAT.Coordinate integration requirements with other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, HCM).Mentor junior consultants and contribute to payroll competency development.Participate in strategic initiatives, proposals, and thought leadership activities.Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
ADDITIONAL
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
