We're looking for licensed sparkies ready to step up and lead.

Tru Blu Solar Co is expanding fast across the east coast of Australia and we're on the hunt for qualified electricians to take on site manager roles
 – leading a team to deliver top-quality solar and battery installs for our beautiful Central Coast community.

This isn't just another gig where you get thrown in the deep end and are expected to reinvent the wheel. We have established installation methods that'll help you upskill and be the best in the industry. You'll be in charge of job sites, mentoring your team, commissioning systems, and working with a full office of support behind you.

We've built a rock-solid name over the past decade as the Central Coast's go-to solar experts. Now we're scaling up and want the right people onboard for the long haul.

What you'll bring:

  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • Experience running solar or general electrical jobs
  • Confidence managing teams on-site
  • Strong commissioning and fault-finding skills
  • SAA Accreditation = bonus (but not essential)
  • A high standard of workmanship
