About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help guide strategic business decisions. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to uncover insights about market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify market opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and data collection methods to gather relevant insights.
  • Analyze large data sets using statistical tools and visualization techniques to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive market intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging market shifts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to translate insights into business strategies.
  • Support forecasting, pricing analysis, and go-to-market planning through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R for data analysis).
  • Excellent understanding of market research methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
