Position: Market Research Analyst (Part-time | Hybrid – Australia only)

We are seeking a
Market Research Analyst
to join our hybrid research and analytics team.

This part-time position is open to candidates currently based in Australia, offering flexible hours, training, and a daily pay rate of
AUD $120–$180
.

As a Market Research Analyst, you will assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting market data to generate meaningful insights for business and HR strategies. The role combines remote data analysis with occasional collaborative sessions at client or partner offices. It is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research on workforce trends and business performance
  • Analyse data sets and summarise key insights for internal and client reports
  • Develop clear visual and written reports using Excel or Power BI
  • Support proposal preparation and research coordination with clients
  • Participate in hybrid meetings to align research priorities and deliverables
  • Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and professional reporting standards

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of market research or HR analytics concepts
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in hybrid settings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Must currently reside in Australia with valid work rights
  • Training provided – entry-level applicants are welcome

Remuneration & Work Arrangement

    AUD $120 – $180 per day
