About the role

Provide psychological support and leadership for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff across Metro North Health. Deliver culturally safe wellbeing services, training and supervision to strengthen staff resilience and promote a positive workplace culture in collaboration with the Staff Psychology Service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:

• Provide psychological support and wellbeing interventions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff
• Deliver education, supervision and wellbeing workshops
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement wellbeing programs
• Provide consultation and support for the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Team
• Demonstrate leadership, communication and cultural integrity
