As Site Engineer at Built, your role will be supporting day to day site operations by coordinating technical, quality, and safety aspects of construction activities. The Site Engineer ensures that construction works are delivered in line with specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This role provides a strong foundation for early career engineers to develop their skills across planning, procurement, site supervision, and stakeholder communication while working under direction and learning from senior team members.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Assist with the planning and execution of construction works by coordinating trades, reviewing drawings, monitoring progress, and addressing technical queries.
- Active involvement in onsite inspections, quality control and documentation ensuring compliance with construction methodology.
- Liaise with subcontractors to track progress and resolve minor issues, escalating more complex matters to senior team members.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial construction environment working on high value projects (completion of Graduate Program highly favourable)
- Basic understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and quality standards
