The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing & Trading - Trade Services Team to assist with the administration and reconciliation of our stock position and provide critical administrative support required to ensure trading stock movements are executed accurately and on time.

This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to team success.

Responsibilities Include

  • Administering CBH Grain stock position reconciliation (daily, monthly and annual)
  • Manage all stock activities, ticketing and error handling relating to domestic, bulk and container activities.
  • Ensure stock transfers to and from counterparties are completed accurately and within contractual terms
  • Administer the execution of all aspects of Track Trade sales and purchases accurately and on time
  • Maintain Master Data and ensure procedure guides and work instructions are maintained
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that challenge conventional approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist the M&T domestic marketing, trading and execution program

About You

  • Exposure to administration or support functions in navigating stock control
  • A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage data
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
