About The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our maintenance team, managing critical parts and ensuring our projects run smoothly. If you're an organised, proactive Storeperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. You will play a key role in the stores function, keeping our maintenance inventory organised, stocked, and ready when needed. While based on site, there will be opportunity to expand to our other sites to assist in setting up and managing other site stores functions as required.

  • Roster: 8/6 day shift only

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control mining maintenance parts inventory
  • Operate within our internal CMMS system (FleetMEX) to track parts usage, stock levels, and work orders
  • Oversee the stores purchasing function, including raising and processing purchase orders
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to minimise downtime across site operations
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in parts inventory control within a mining or heavy industry environment
  • Proficiency in purchase order management and vendor coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Experience using CMMS systems – FleetMEX experience highly regarded
  • Solid knowledge of stores purchasing and stock control processes
  • Current Driver's Licence - essential
  • White Card - essential
  • Australian Working Rights - essential
  • Pass site medical and drug/alcohol screening
