Desktop Support AnalystBrisbane CBD | up to $80k plus super | 5 days on-site

We're looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Analyst to provide end user support, maintain IT equipment, and assist with daily technology operations across our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, telephony, and collaboration tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide users clearly and professionally.
  • Manage user accounts, device setup, onboarding/offboarding, and access permissions.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory: deploy, update, secure, and decommission equipment.
  • Assist with software updates, patching, system upgrades, and technology rollouts.
  • Support security and vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Document procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in desktop or IT support within a corporate environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Reliable, team-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.

Technical Knowledge

  • Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Intune/Entra, and SOE environments.
  • M365 (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Application packaging/deployment (Intune/PowerShell)
  • Corporate mobile device support.
  • Cisco telephony and AV (Webex, Teams, room systems)
