An exceptional opportunity exists to join our small

enthusiastic team at Rolling Surf Resort Caloundra.

Purpose

As a Front Office Team member, your role extends beyond simply checking in guests, your mission is to foster team unity, promote inter department communication and create unforgettable experiences for every guest. This role will see you responsible for supporting the manager in the daily operations of the front office and organizing the cleaning and maintenance teams. You will take ownership and full responsibility for the check-in experience of guests and owners to the resort and ensure their holiday expectations are exceeded.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Proven ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office (Mail, Excel, Word)
  • Capable of embracing a flexible rostering schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Have a vibrant personality, be self-motivated and the ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.

Renumeration will be on a Casual basis by the hour according to the hospitality award and includes superannuation.
