The Role

We're seeking a Full-Time Skin & Massage Therapist to join our Ivanhoe Sanctuary, where you'll responsible for delivering a combination of advanced skin and relaxation treatments while building meaningful client relationships in a calm, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced skin treatments – LED, peels, microdermabrasion, IPL/laser (Q-Switch).
  • Deliver relaxation and remedial massage treatments to help clients de-stress and recharge.
  • Conduct professional skin and wellness consultations to recommend personalised plans.
  • Confidently promote treatment packages and home-care products.
  • Build client loyalty through consistent results and 6-star service.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism.
  • Support the wider spa experience — whether it's welcoming guests, resetting treatment rooms, or creating those little "wow" moments that make every visit unforgettable.

What We're Looking For

  • Laser/IPL experience (Q-Switch) – 2–3+ years with multiple technologies.
  • Massage expertise – relaxation and deep-tissue skills preferred.
  • Sales & conversion ability – proven record converting consultations to packages.
  • Reliability & professionalism – punctual, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Client retention mindset – builds loyalty through results and care.
  • Cultural fit – embodies "Reconnect · Recharge · Rejuvenate." with calm confidence, gratitude, and genuine care in every client interaction.

Preferred: 5+ years experience and weekend availability.

Pay & Rewards

  • $65,000 to $70,000 per annum.
  • Monthly incentives for product and package sales.
  • Re-booking and retention-based rewards.

    (Top performers typically earn $80k + per annum inclusive of bonuses.)
