Location: Brookvale, Sydney

Hours: Casual Position - Approx. 15 hours a week across 3 days

The Role

We're looking for a confident, outgoing person to help us in the studio with a mix of customer care, packing orders, and content creation. This role is perfect for a student or someone wanting flexible, casual hours while getting hands-on experience in the fashion and e-commerce world. You'll be helping us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also jumping in on fun tasks like making TikToks and trend-based content.

Key Responsibilities


•    Packing & Dispatch: Prepare and send out online orders with care and accuracy.


•    Customer Service: Respond to customer emails and DMs, and process returns/exchanges.


•    Content Creation: Brainstorm TikTok ideas, film and edit short-form videos, and post content, with a focus on trends and behind the scenes content in the office and on shoot days.


•    Office Support: General light office duties to support the day-to-day running of the brand including coming to photoshoots.

What We're Looking For


•    Must be based in Sydney and able to work from our Northern Beaches office.


•    Must be available to work during January 2026 (our busiest period), and ideally also available in July 2026.


•    Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality.


•    Strong writing skills for professional emails and customer communication.


•    Organised and detail-oriented when handling orders and returns.


•    Comfortable being on camera and sharing creative social media ideas.


•    Very good understanding of social media trends and what performs well online.


•    Interest in fashion, content creation, and small business is a plus
