About the role

As a Relationship Manager – Premium Banking, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with our high-value retail customers, delivering tailored financial solutions to help them reach their goals. This role is based at our Mile End branch. Reporting to the National Manager Premium Banking, key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and build a network of local referrers and business partners to assist with the acquisition of new business.
  • Managing a portfolio of premium banking clients with a focus on retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your portfolio
  • Develop tailored service to our customers based in their financial needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and superior customer experiences

  • Proven experience in relationship management or premium retail banking
  • A passion for business development and the ability to identify new opportunities.
  • A proven ability to build strong, effective relationships with brokers, credit departments, and clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive success.
