Thrive Early Learning Centres is seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Leader to lead our beautiful Picton centre. We're looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, is committed to high-quality education and care, and is ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children, families, and educators.

About the Role

As Centre Leader, you'll lead your team with integrity, confidence, and a strong commitment to quality. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, support your educators, engage families, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate educators
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality practices
  • Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
  • Manage enrolments, occupancy, budgets, and staffing
  • Maintain high standards in educational programming and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For;

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS, EYLF, and Regulations)
  • Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection & Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
