SEE Australia is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Reporting Analyst. Reporting to Commercial Manager and base in Fawkner Victoria, this position will be responsible for developing and evaluating analytical models to solve complex business problems and enable the sales organization in SEE’s ANZ region; as well as building dashboards and reporting to support the sales team manage their day to day business.
This role will work cross functionally to understand and integrate business needs into custom-built tools and models to assist in decision making and monitoring.

**Key accountabilities are**:
Development of reports and tools to support the sales/commercial business
Partner with the ANZ Commercial Sales teams to understand business needs and gaps in reporting and analysis.
Perform profitability analysis across the business in order to identify opportunity
Work with Sales and Commercial teams to sustain and further sales analysis including analytics and insight-driving dashboards related to sales growth, sales performance management, pipeline dynamics, strategic accounts, and incentive performance/impact.
Proactively work to improve systems knowledge and best practice in the region.
Support ad hoc analytical requests from leadership including related corporate initiatives.
Continuously maintain and optimize ANZ Sales analyses based on feedback and an ever-changing business landscape that results in refreshed data sets that meet stakeholder needs.
Lead or participate in special projects designed to continuously improve commercial processes within region. What we are looking for in you?
Data management and strong analytical skills
Experience manipulating data for presentation, insight generation, and ultimately creating actionable recommendations
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VBA and Power BI
Experience in Sales, Revenue, and Compensation analyses and modeling
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills with ability to facilitate/present and lead meetings across all levels of the organisation
Self-Starter who excels at taking an idea, sometimes indeterminate in nature, and creating a tangible solution from it
Excellent relationship building skills with experience generating wholistic solutions across varied stakeholder groups
Strong attention to detail and takes initiative to continuously optimize their role
Results oriented and intellectually curious with a creator mindset
Ability to formulate and implement process improvements
