Little Zak's Academy is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our 123-place service in vibrant Bondi Junction, Sydney. Why Bondi Junction? About the role:

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and the operations of the centre.

Your commitment to leading a service to maintain exceptional quality is endless, and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision.  You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.

About you:

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education (mandatory).
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Experience in staff development and leadership, guiding teams to excel in their careers.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with families and children, supporting family retention and occupancy.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), with the ability to develop a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Current Working with Children Check.
