Due to exponential growth and new projects, we are seeking a passionate, operational and capable Construction Manager to join and lead our high-potential Construction team

Key expectations of the role:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards (working closely with Head of Delivery)
  • Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure projects remain financially viable
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that construction processes align to our compliance and standards (working closely with our Quality and Compliance Manager)
  • Foster effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project progress and compliance with regulations
  • Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions

Minimum requirements:

  • Trade background OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects, particularly in high-rise mixed-use residential projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software - Procore and CHEOPS experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes within Residential construction
