As a Legal Technology Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic, tech-savvy team supporting lawyers and business professionals to work efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on role that blends desktop support, AV expertise, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced legal environment.

Our Legal Technology specialists are the go-to people for all things tech in the office, empower lawyers and staff to work efficiently through smart use of technology.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support, including troubleshooting and managing systems and devices.
  • Deliver IT inductions and desk-side coaching to ensure new starters quickly become proficient.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and manage IT assets like laptops, mobile phones, computer peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and respond to ad hoc internal client requests.
  • Support software and hardware implementation, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Represent lawyer needs in IT forums and assist with high-profile incident resolution.
  • Increase awareness and adoption of available IT tools across legal and business support teams.
  • Provide AV support for meetings and conferencing, ensuring optimal technology use throughout the business.
