Full-Time Practice Manager – Gatton Veterinary Surgery

Gatton Veterinary Surgery is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic. The Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice and support the veterinary and nursing team to deliver the best outcomes for our patients and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a cohesive and positive team culture.
  • Managing rostering, recruitment, and staff development.
  • Overseeing client service standards and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Managing financial processes, stock control, and business reporting.
  • Driving practice efficiency, growth, and compliance with veterinary regulations.
