Join St Vincent's Health Australia as our Product Manager - Digital Health (Private Hospitals) and play a leading role in shaping and delivering digital systems that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and support clinical excellence.

As Product Manager, you'll represent the needs of clinicians and hospital leaders in the product lifecycle - from strategy to implementation. You'll help define the roadmap for key clinical systems such as EMR, PAS, and specialist platforms, ensuring they meet the clinical, operational, and strategic objectives of our Private Hospitals Division.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with clinical executives, hospital leadership, and our Digital & Technology team to deliver solutions that make a tangible difference in patient care.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the realities of hospital care and can translate those insights into digital solutions that make a difference for patients and clinicians alike. You might be a clinician who's moved into digital health, or a digital health professional with deep experience working with clinical teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for private hospital digital clinical systems, aligned with St Vincent's Strategy 2030.
• Represent private hospital clinicians and leaders in shaping the design and functionality of critical systems like our EMR, PAS, and specialist platforms.
• Define and deliver a product roadmap that reflects the strategic priorities of the Private Hospitals Division.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer (Private Hospitals), hospital executives (CEO, CFO, Clinical Governance), and the D&T Product Lead - Hospital Care.
• Ensure our digital clinical systems enable safe, high-quality care and meet accreditation, privacy, and clinical governance standards.
• Work hands-on with clinicians, service managers, and technical teams to design, prioritise, and deliver features that work in the real world

About you:

• Proven experience in healthcare product management, digital transformation or clinical systems leadership.
• Strong knowledge of private hospital operations and Tier 1 EMR systems.
• Demonstrated capability in roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex business needs into clear product outcomes.
• Familiarity with clinical safety and accreditation frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite leaders (CEO, CFO, Clinical Governance).

Desirable:

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Product management or CHIA certification.
• Knowledge of healthcare integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
