The Opportunity: Area Manager

We're looking for a motivated, outcome-driven leader to join our expanding team. Whether you're a seasoned clinician ready to step into leadership, or an experienced manager looking for a more values-aligned environment—this is your chance to lead with impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading by example in delivering evidence-based, community-based rehabilitation services.

  • Conducting comprehensive health and injury assessments across a diverse caseload (ages 0–65).

  • Supporting clients with disability and/or complex chronic conditions to achieve greater independence and quality of life.

  • Mentoring and guiding other clinicians.

  • Contributing to training resources, service innovation, and team development.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and referral networks.

  • Applying your commercial acumen to understand referral trends and drive sustainable growth.

  • Managing a profit and loss statement

  • Assisting with the entirety of the employee life cycle from selection, to onboarding, to learning and development and offboarding

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy

  • Current AHPRA

  • Strong clinical experience (NDIS experience preferred but not essential)

  • A passion for helping people reach their full potential

  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong commercial accument

  • A valid driver's licence + Working with Children Check

  • Bonus points for additional qualifications in disability or leadership
