**Job Title**: Warehouse Storeperson

**Reports To**: Store Manager

**Position Purpose**:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for preparing items for shipping, maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and supporting sales operations as required. This role also involves fostering positive customer and supplier relationships through excellent communication and administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities:Operations**:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and pickups.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and consign all packages.
- Pack items securely onto pallets, ensuring all goods are undamaged.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
- Lift boxes up to 30kg safely and efficiently.
- Complete all assigned administrative tasks promptly to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Track and trace consignments; issue delivery confirmations as instructed by the Store Manager.
- Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and delivery drivers.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day sales activities.
- Professionally handle over-the-counter, telephone, and online sales.
- Respond to web estimate requests and process online transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Physical strength and stamina; able to lift up to 30kg.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems independently.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- A track record of improving warehouse efficiency and business performance.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
