**Join us at our new state-of-the art, temperature-controlled warehouse at Marsden Park, NSW as a Warehouse Administrator supporting our Planning Team.**

**This is a full-time position, Monday
- Friday (6am-2pm) with free parking on site.**

**The Opportunity**

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the **Planning Team** in maintaining accurate records and efficient processes within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Enter purchase orders in WMS and make modifications when necessary while adhering to deadlines
- Maintain Pick List Database/WMS to ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with Planning team to enhance administrative processes
- Dispatch purchase orders via APTOS for proper inventory transfer
- Ensure recording of inbound and outbound freight movements

**About You**
- Experience within a similar environment is desirable
- Intermediate level of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
- Ability to work within a fast paced and hands on environment
