Are you a sales professional with a passion for driving growth, leveraging digital expertise,

and building meaningful client relationships? Join our Adelaide team as a Client Partner,

where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and achieving exceptional

results for major accounts. This is your opportunity to combine strategic thinking, business

development, and hands-on relationship management, working with some of Australia's

leading brands to create tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen relationships with major clients, ensuring both personal and team sales targets are consistently met.

  • Identify market opportunities and implement innovative sales approaches across Print and Digital channels to maximise growth.

  • Leverage your strong digital knowledge to identify and deliver cutting-edge solutions that address client needs and align with industry trends.

  • Lead client meetings and presentations, showcasing the unique benefits of our solutions and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships by offering additional products and services that align with their goals.

  • Design compelling, client-focused proposals that highlight the value of our offerings and address their unique needs.

  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to inform strategy, optimise outcomes, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within publishing, digital media, or agency environments.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster enduring client relationships.

  • A proven ability to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities, driving growth through innovative strategies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital platforms, tools, and trends, with the ability to integrate digital solutions into client strategies.

  • Proficiency in using data to inform strategy, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, designing customised solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, identifying market opportunities, and driving innovative sales strategies.

  • A deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts, including contract negotiation and account growth strategies.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
