As a
Membership Support Advisor
, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to members and candidates throughout their professional journey. You'll act as an ambassador for RICS, providing expert guidance and support across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in line with SLAs and service standards
  • Provide specialist advise and promote RICS products and services
  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries, including finance-related issues
  • Contribute to service improvements through feedback and testing

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven customer service experience, ideally in a professional or membership-based environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and strong organisational abilities
  • Confidence in handling challenging situations professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commitment to continuous development
