What You'll Do

As a Business Manager at Highway Motor Group, you'll be the key link between our sales team and customers, helping buyers secure the best finance and insurance solutions for their new or used vehicles. You'll work with a range of respected automotive brands and a dynamic team to deliver a seamless, customer-focused experience.

Your role will include:

  • Collaborating with new and used vehicle sales teams to support customers through the finance and insurance process
  • Presenting tailored finance and insurance options that meet customer needs
  • Managing all financial documentation and compliance with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-centric transaction process

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Automotive or Finance: Prior experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
