About The Opportunity
It's shaping up to be a promising year in Leadership at ARTC and we're looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator (0.4 FTE, 12 Month Contract) who can join the team and play a pivotal role in the support and progression of these plans.

The Learning And Coordinator Will Be Primarily Responsible For

  • Coordinating and enhancing the learner experience in the Foundational Leadership Programs.
  • Designing and building learning content – for e-learns and online learning offerings.
  • Supporting the launch and implementation of the Leadership Capability Framework.

The role is a great opportunity for a strong administrator to move into a Learning and Development space.

The two-days are flexible and can be spread across additional days if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of ARTC leadership and development programs.
  • Support delivery of Employee Engagement Surveys.
  • Develop, assign and maintain learning objects in the LMS, such as e-learning, materials, tests and assessments.
  • Support the management of learning assignments, including the revisioning of digital content and maintenance of dynamic curriculums.
  • Support the Organisational Capability team in the delivery of the strategic initiatives and core operational activities.

What do we want from you?

  • Strong experience in managing programs and projects of work.
  • Application of adult learning principles and instructional design, including demonstrated skills in digital/eLearning content design.
  • Strong customer service experience, stakeholder engagement, task management, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle numerous priorities and be flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated initiative and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the LMS and Digital Learning software packages.
  • Demonstrated planning and coordination skills.
