Process Workers / Machine Operators – Full-Time & Part-Time | Day & Afternoon Shifts

Superior Formulations is a leading Australian-owned contract manufacturer specialising in nutraceuticals and sports supplements. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and teamwork, we support some of Australia's top supplement brands.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for Process Workers and Machine Operators to join our Production Team in Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

We currently have openings across Day Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM) and Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).


Your Duties Will Include (but Are Not Limited To):
  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining processing and high-speed packaging machinery.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting, and adjusting equipment to ensure efficient line performance.
  • Performing weighing, dispensing, and recording of ingredients according to batch requirements.
  • Conducting basic fault-finding and supporting minor mechanical maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring product quality, completing in-process checks, and maintaining production records.
  • Cleaning, disassembling, and reassembling machinery as part of routine changeovers.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in line with GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Following SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols to ensure smooth production flow.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food, beverage, or supplement manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery and automated systems.
  • Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and adjustments.
  • A proactive approach to quality control and production efficiency.
  • Good attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical fitness to safely lift up to 25 kg.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (required).
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
