Titan Premix is a proudly family-owned concrete supplier, committed to excellence in quality, service, and safety. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Yardsperson / Front End Loader Operator to join our team at our Pakenham plant.

About the Role

This role is essential to the daily operations of our concrete plant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating the Front End Loader to load material into aggregate bins for concrete trucks
  • Conducting daily pre-start checks on the loader
  • Carrying out general maintenance on the concrete plant
  • Keeping the yard clean, safe, and organised at all times

  • Experience operating a Front End Loader
  • A commitment to workplace safety and safe machine operation
  • Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake general maintenance and yard duties
