We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our supportive team. As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, you'll play a crucial role in helping people feel welcomed, heard, and cared for right from the start.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys being organised, and takes genuine pride in smooth processes. It's also perfect for applicants looking for meaningful, stable part-time work that they can do well - and then fully switch off from at the end of the day.
Position Details- 2 days per week
- 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Work from home
- Must have own computer and phone (for app-based calls)
- Seeking a long-term team member
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing client phone calls
- Booking and coordinating initial appointments
- Providing general phone-based support to clients and practitioners as needed
About You

- Highly organised, efficient, and able to confidently juggle multiple tasks
- Detail-focused and able to follow processes and procedures with accuracy
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Calm under pressure, quick to learn, and able to problem-solve independently
- Experienced in administrative or client-facing roles
- Warm, friendly, reliable, and compassionate
- Competent with computer systems (training in our practice management software is provided)
- Comfortable working autonomously from home
- A supportive team player with a steady, long-term mindset
