The Role

As the Senior Business Analyst – HRIS & Payroll, you'll act as the link between business operations and technology delivery. You'll lead the analysis, design, and implementation of HRIS and Payroll systems, ensuring compliance with Fair Work, Superannuation, and Australian payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis and design for HRIS & Payroll initiatives

• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to implement and improve systems

• Map current and future state processes and documentation

• Ensure alignment with Australian legislative and compliance frameworks

• Maintain system documentation, guides, and training materials

• Support HR data integrity, analytics, and reporting

• Act as a subject matter expert across HRIS and Payroll solutions

About You

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within HRIS or Payroll projects

• Strong understanding of Australian HR and payroll processes

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, TechnologyOne, Workday, or Oracle HCM

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, HR, or Information Technology
