About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects across the Gympie region. You'll be responsible for the overall Project Management including managing trades, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

This hands-on leadership role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You'll have strong support from our head office team, along with the autonomy to manage your sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and trades

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and schedules

• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and office staff

• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting

What You'll Need

• Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred)

• Experience in Project Management on residential builds

• Strong knowledge of NCC, WHS, and local construction codes

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• White Card and valid Driver's Licence
