Roofing Site Supervisor – Hervey Bay

We're on the lookout for a motivated and trade-qualified Site Supervisor to join our Roofing Division in Hervey Bay.

This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled Roof Plumber, Leading Hand, or Roofing Tradesperson who's ready to step up and lead teams – while enjoying a great lifestyle and work-life balance in a growing organisation.

About the Role

As our new Roofing Site Supervisor, you'll oversee and support subcontractors and installers across a variety of roofing projects in the Hervey Bay region. You'll bring strong leadership, a sharp eye for safety and quality, and the ability to solve problems on the go.

This is your chance to come off the tools and use your experience to guide, mentor, and manage others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support roofers and subcontractors on-site
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections
  • Perform site measures and manage work schedules
  • Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth job delivery
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to teams
  • Oversee and manage job documentation using system apps
What You'll Bring
  • Trade qualification in Roof Plumbing (ideal)
  • Proven experience in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a supervisory role
  • White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to forward-plan, prioritise, and think on your feet
  • Strong work ethic and a safety-first mindset
