Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

At Therapy and Stuff Allied Health Services, our Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for families and plays a key role in creating a positive experience from the very beginning.
We are looking for someone personable yet professional, adaptable in a busy clinic, and detail-oriented in their approach to tasks. The right candidate will be reliable, willing to learn, and open to feedback while showing genuine care for both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet children and families in a warm and professional manner
 - Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area and front office
 - Coordinate team members' schedules to support smooth daily operations
 - Respond promptly and courteously to phone, email, and text enquiries
 - Manage data entry and administrative tasks accurately, using Halaxy
 - Provide administrative support that helps the clinic function at its best
 
About You
- Personable and professional in all interactions
 - Adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
 - Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
 - Comfortable working both independently and in a team
 - Willing to accept feedback and grow within the role
 - Would include the word "Team TAS" in your cover letter
 - Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows
 - Experience with practice management systems (Halaxy an advantage)
 - Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
