At Therapy and Stuff Allied Health Services, our Administration Assistant is the first point of contact for families and plays a key role in creating a positive experience from the very beginning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet children and families in a warm and professional manner
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area and front office
- Coordinate team members’ schedules to support smooth daily operations
- Manage data entry and administrative tasks accurately, using Halaxy
- Provide administrative support that helps the clinic function at its best
About You
- Personable and professional in all interactions
- Adaptable and able to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Willing to accept feedback and grow within the role
- Would include the word "Team TAS" in your cover letter
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows
- Experience with practice management systems (Halaxy an advantage)
- Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal
