**Due to our expanding team, we are looking for a dental receptionist to join us**

Are you a highly organized and detail-orientated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a talented dental receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly demeanour.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Collect and update patient information in our electronic records system accurately.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
