About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with our Executive and Sous Chefs to create the memorable dining experiences that continue to deliver a culinary destination that guests return to again and again.

Required Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Qualification from a culinary school or demonstrated experience as a CDP of at least 2 years.
  • Food Handler's Certificate
  • Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of the standards of baking, cooking and grilling techniques.
  • Ability to learn new recipes and new cooking procedures quickly.
  • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to work calmly when under pressure.
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food.
