Masonmill is growing, and we're looking for passionate chefs at all levels to join our kitchen team. Whether you're a seasoned Sous Chef, an experienced Chef de Partie, or an up-and-coming Commis looking to take the next step, this is your chance to be part of something exciting.
Set in the heart of the Perth Hills, Masonmill is a vibrant hospitality venue with a restaurant, beer garden, and function spaces. Under new ownership and with a renewed focus on quality, creativity, and consistency, we're building a kitchen that's as ambitious as the view is beautiful.
What You'll Do:
- Work as part of a supportive, close-knit kitchen team across restaurant, beer garden, and event service
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and pride
- Bring energy and teamwork to every service, from prep to plating
- Contribute to menu development, specials, and seasonal ideas
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Take ownership of your section or station, supporting others and learning along the way
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (all levels considered)
- A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to grow your skills
- Positive, team-first attitude and good communication
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services
