We're now seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our professional, supportive, and high-performing team.

The Role:

You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio with the support of an experienced property management team. This role is suited to someone who's confident in their ability, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work in a flexible, encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clean and organised residential property portfolio
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
  • Handle maintenance requests and repairs efficiently
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
  • Provide accurate advice on legislation and compliance
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated property management support staff

About You:

  • Experience in residential property management
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and organised
  • A genuine team player with a professional approach
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively
