We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.About the opportunity:In this role you will work closely with our CBD1 team in delivering exemplary customer service and effectively managing a portfolio of commercial assets by performing a mixture of leasing and property management tasks.Ideally you are an experienced Senior/Property Manager from the commercial industry who is ready to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development.A snapshot of the day-to-day duties:Liaising with landlords/ tenants being a key point of contactManaging leasing arrangements and critical datesProperty inspectionsReportingAttending internal/ external meetingsMaintenance of the financial and legal aspects of the portfolio using the JLL Property Management systemAuthorising accounts and invoices for paymentWorking closely with colleagues to maximise the efficiency of your portfolio and implementing future process improvementsWhat are we looking for:You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated property professional, and hold a strong attention to detail.
