What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a high-capability team of mobile lenders, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Drive Growth: Deliver lending growth and new-to-bank acquisition through strategic business development, outreach, and referral networks.
- Coach in the Field: Be hands-on—support your team with real-time coaching, development, and complex lending scenarios.
- Build Relationships: Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance member outcomes.
- Champion Excellence: Monitor performance across key sales, service, compliance, and operational metrics.
What You Bring
- Proven success leading dispersed, high-performing sales teams in retail banking and residential mortgage lending.
- Strong business development and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep home lending knowledge and operational leadership experience.
- A passion for coaching, growing people, and delivering results.
- FSR Tier 2 Accreditation (essential); Diploma in mortgage brokering or financial services (desired).
