Are you an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate and skilled Food & Beverage Attendant?

We are coming into our BUSY summer season, and demand is as strong as ever

Hotelstaff is solely focused on providing exceptional Hospitality Professionals from our pool of talented chefs and front of house staff to venues all over Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Not just weekends, but weekdays, evenings, and public holidays

We have rosters ready to fill across our many valuable clients – including cafes, boardrooms, racing clubs and hotels, across Melbourne.

About You:

  • Experienced Front of House Waitstaff / Food & Beverage Attendants
  • 2+ years of experience in banquets and events OR experience in an a 'la carte restaurant
  • Foundational understanding of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails

What You'll Need to Apply:

  • To be living in Victoria
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Victorian RSA
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts at different locations around Melbourne
