As a Golf Operations Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement in a fun and dynamic environment. With onsite accommodation, 45 holes of golf, and a Trackman-powered driving range, you'll help deliver first-class experiences for members and guests. We pay above award rates, offer flexible hours, and provide opportunities to grow your skills within a supportive team.

About the Role

As a Golf Operations Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of golf operations across our two championship courses and practice facilities. Duties will include:

· Providing excellent customer service to Members and guests.

· Processing Member and guest check-ins and bookings in the golf shop.

· Assisting Members and guests with retail purchases and information.

· Managing competition timesheets and scoring systems, MiClub experience favourable although not essential.

· Assisting with general range services.

· Supporting outdoor operations such as preparing golf carts and end of day cart cleaning procedures.

· Supporting the setup and delivery of Member competitions, corporate days, and special events.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and available to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • A genuine interest in golf and knowledge of the game will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in golf operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years or over.
