Job Description:

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our Childcare team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with young children and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning and development
