**Dual Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education**

Are you a passionate and dedicated leader seeking a unique opportunity to combine your teaching and leadership skills? We are currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant team as a Director of a mixed-age early childhood group.

This exciting role involves working five days per fortnight as a classroom teacher and five days per fortnight in a leadership capacity. As a dual-role holder, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), overseeing curriculum development, and partnering with families to support each child's learning and wellbeing.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive early learning environment, where young learners can thrive. You will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, creativity, and growth.
