Early Childhood Education Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher and Director to lead our mixed-age early childhood group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
  • Oversee curriculum, staff engagement, and policy development
  • Collaborate with families to support each child's learning and wellbeing
  • Coordinate administrative processes, including rostering and enrolment

The centre operates from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification
  • Queensland Teacher Registration
  • Leadership or director experience within an early learning service
